Preparation Kit for Your China Treatment Trip
A checklist of documents, medications and essentials to prepare for a smooth treatment trip to China.
Before travelling to China for treatment, prepare the following: a passport valid for at least 6 months and a Medical Visa (J type); your full medical records, recent blood tests and imaging results (translated into Chinese by HomeMed); a list of current medications with active ingredient names and dosages; international health insurance card if available; family emergency contact numbers. Pack at least two weeks' worth of personal medications (formulations may differ in China), face masks and hand sanitiser. The HomeMed team will send a detailed checklist tailored to your treatment package. Important: never stop or change your medication without consulting your doctor.
