A checklist of documents, medications and essentials to bring so your treatment trip runs smoothly.
Before your trip, prepare: a valid passport and visa, your medical records and most recent test results (with English translations if available), a list of current medications, your doctor's prescriptions, insurance cards and emergency contacts. Pack enough of your personal medications, face masks, hand sanitizer and comfortable clothing. The Hospitals Tourism team will send a detailed checklist tailored to your treatment package. Note: never stop or change your medication without consulting your doctor.
