TIVDAK (Tisotumab Vedotin) — ADC for Recurrent Cervical Cancer

July 15, 2026

TIVDAK is a Tissue Factor-targeting ADC, opening a new option for patients with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer after prior chemotherapy.

What is TIVDAK?

TIVDAK (Tisotumab vedotin-tftv) is an ADC targeting Tissue Factor (TF) — a protein highly expressed on cervical cancer cells. The antibody delivers vedotin (MMAE) to TF+ cells, disrupting the microtubule structure and causing cancer cell death.

Indication

TIVDAK is FDA-approved for recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer that has progressed after at least one prior chemotherapy regimen. It is an important option for patients no longer responding to Carboplatin + Paclitaxel or Pembrolizumab.

In China

Recurrent cervical cancer is a difficult-to-treat challenge in China. Next-generation ADCs like TIVDAK are being accessed at major research centres and through the Hainan Free Trade Zone for international patients.
