Leaving the room is not the end. A few small tasks right after help you take medicine correctly and not miss the next monitoring step.

Save results and note the visit date, diagnosis, and follow-up appointment in one fixed place. A tidy record is very useful next time.

Set reminders for the follow-up and medication times. If unusual signs appear, contact a health facility for timely guidance.
